Uttam Mandal (উত্তম মণ্ডল) is a System Administrator who founded Uttaran Information in 2013, an International Niche IT Consulting Society. After its merger with Online Earning System, Uttam Mandal managed a 20 people team as the System Administaror of Uttaran Information. He also serves as the Chairman of Uttaran Educational Society which helps under privileged rural students.
Uttam Mandal holds a Graduate degree in Bachelor of Arts from of Calcutta and Advance Computer Hardware & Networking West Bengal State Youth Computer Centre and a Advance Diploma In Computer Application from Khidderpore College from Kolkata, West Bengal, India.
