That guide says, that if guide writers were the only people voting in this election then
Courcelles, Risker, Hersfold, SilkTork, AGK, Kirill Lokshin, Worm That Turned
would win, with Roger Davies making it in if they let Chase Me's seat be taken by someone. Which is sorta "bleah" but not really a disaster. Also, that guide misses some other guides as well as more recent updates. So it really could be worse than "bleah" this year.
Interestingly, that guide also says User:William M. Connolley is completely crazy, by Wikipedia standards. Of course, that's partly because he comes very close to endorsing the same choices as can be found in this guide, though he lacks the chutzpah to go all the way.
