Dave S. Albarado is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Infospark Communications Philippines Inc. He is a professional journalist for 11 years and finished two Masters degrees. He is currently working for his doctorate degree in Communications. As head of the operations team at ICPI, he handles the publications and public relations divisions of the company. His mindset has paved the way in creating the battlefield scenario in dealing with risk and crisis communications. His expertise in handling both crisis PR and momentum PR has gained headway posing clients in a more superior advantage against their respective competitors. Born in Dumaguete City, he currently resides in Cebu City where his base is located. At the same time, he is also the product and brand manager for Air Marine Insurance Services Inc.'s pet product the MegaKard. He handles product development, brand recognition and promotions and logistics support. Currently, Albarado is hard at work in building up his pet project the putting up of the Alyansa ng Seguro sa Pilipinas Foundation Inc. a non-stock non-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of welfare and interests of small insurance industry workers. Albarado is also the incoming secretary of Rotary Club of Talisay Cebu District 3860 in the Philippines.
