FOREIGN COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES

Many foreign colleges & universities are labeled as unaccredited or as diploma mills.
The truth is the Department of Education does not ACCREDIT any FOREIGN COLLEGE or UNIVERSITY...

International Law (Hague Convention) requires Foreign Degrees to be Apostilled including Accredited U.S. Degrees for foreign employment.

For example, an individual graduates from Oxford, Harvard, Standford, Yale or any other high ranking and highly Accredited Institution of learning.
If the graduate holding a Degree from any of these Universities wanted employment outside of the United States of America and vis versa for foreign degrees, the Graduate must under International Law (Hague Convention) must submit their College Credentials to be Apostilled.

Foreign Colleges & Universities operating outside of the United States with Foreign Accreditation have been put in a bad reputation by many authors using the U.S. Media or even this fine Wiki.
But, to remain within Wiki's guidlines we can not advertise for Some Foreign Schools by some U.S. writers state these Colleges & Universities are not Accredited.
Many foreign countries do not reply to the request of individuals in the U.S. Press or individuals in society--unless they hold Diplomatic Credentials, or are a Government.
Not individuals who write their own opinions from the U.S. Press or some of the wiki contributors.
The Wiki Foundation states the following: "Important note: Wikipedia's articles are edited by volunteer Internet users. What they state is not the official point of view of the Wikimedia Foundation."
People answering on mailing-lists and other email services also are volunteers. They do not have the resources to research information or correct articles; thus, it is useless to send them scientific papers, bibliographies or questions on the content. Please use the article's "talk page"...
If an article is incorrect or is damaging someone it is the responsibility of the Wiki readers to contact the Wiki Foundation for an investigation.
The reason, Wiki is set up to learn and not character assinate organizations, corporations, or buisness.
According to U.S. Law it is Defimation of Character and the individuals involved may and can be penalized in a court of law for damages such a destroying the reputation of an entity and driving them out of buisness or costing the victum financially.
