A scientifically incorrect review of Trodusquemine was posted likely by a single group that had done some work in coronary heart disease. It is filled with inaccuracies and seems to be focused on their primary interest. I (ZASLOFF) had not devoted any time to Wikipedia, but came across the article several weeks ago. Since my lab discovered the molecule and I have the most expertise regarding its properties, discovery, and development history, I contributed a balanced review, referencing all relevant articles published by many groups other than my own, including the one studying heart disease. I would like to stop having to continue removing the inaccurate summary.
