Removed a note to my IP. I use a VPN, meaning any number of people might use this IP address. Any notes to an IP address from this pool are unlikely to be read by their intended recipient.

Request reason:

This is an endpoint IP address from a VPN. Not sure if you should never block these IP's, or always block them all, but whomever did the-thing-that-got-this-IP-blocked will almost never be the actual target of this block. Personally, I don't use my VPN to anonymously vandalize pages, but the next guy might. I was going to add a note to the Watership Down talk page suggesting a line that says that Watership Down is one of the best-selling novels ever, which seems fairly pertinent, but I didn't want to make the edit myself because I'm not terribly familiar with the citation process.

Decline reason:

Using a VPN to edit is not permitted, due to the fact that vandals would use them to evade detection and blocking. If you want to edit, you will need to turn the VPN off. 331dot (talk) 08:45, 30 December 2018 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
