Information.svg Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did with this edit to Tikka Khan, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article.  Ronhjones  (Talk) 21:38, 18 October 2010 (UTC)

It was quite interesting to discover how entirely pointless IP talk pages really are! Before logging on, I got the "you have new messages" banner - and the person who made the above edits certainly wasn't me. As a matter of interest, this IP is currently assigned to London Underground Ltd., so it's potentially in use by several thousand people ;) --Snograt talk here 10:01, 19 October 2010 (UTC)

November 2010[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to make constructive contributions to Wikipedia, but at least one of your recent edits, such as the one you made to Avontuur Railway, did not appear to be constructive and has been automatically reverted by ClueBot NG.

 • Please use the sandbox for any test edits you would like to make, and take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Note that human editors do monitor recent changes to Wikipedia articles, and administrators have the ability to block users from editing if they repeatedly engage in vandalism.
 • ClueBot NG produces very few false positives, but it does happen. If you believe the change you made should not have been detected as unconstructive, please report it here, remove this warning from your talk page, and then make the edit again.
 • The following is the log entry regarding this warning: Avontuur Railway was changed by 213.152.245.252 (u) (t) ANN scored at 0.860134 on 2010-11-22T10:23:51+00:00 . Thank you. ClueBot NG (talk) 10:23, 22 November 2010 (UTC)

August 2011[edit]

Welcome to Wikipedia. Please be aware of Wikipedia's policy that biographical information about living persons must not include unsupported or inaccurate statements. Whenever you add possibly controversial statements about a living person to an article or any other Wikipedia page, as you did to Colin Jackson, you must include proper sources. If you don't know how to cite a source, you may want to read Wikipedia:Referencing for beginners for guidelines. Thank you. 107.10.43.91 (talk) 20:33, 26 August 2011 (UTC)

Please do not add or significantly change content without citing verifiable and reliable sources, as you did with this edit to Álvaro Pereira. Before making any potentially controversial edits, it is recommended that you discuss them first on the article's talk page. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Mtking (edits) 02:39, 30 August 2011 (UTC)

January 2012[edit]

Your edits to London Underground have been reverted again. Please read the article talk page. It is no good trying to keep adding it under different IP addresses; it will continue to be reverted, as that is the clear consensus. - David Biddulph (talk) 11:51, 17 January 2012 (UTC) ‎

Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia, as you did at Steroid. Your edits appear to constitute vandalism and have been reverted or removed. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. Thank you. --Bongwarrior (talk) 07:36, 13 June 2012 (UTC)

Please stop your disruptive editing. If you continue to vandalize Wikipedia, as seen in Mr. Olympia, you may be blocked from editing. --Bongwarrior (talk) 07:40, 13 June 2012 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Everyone is welcome to contribute to the encyclopedia, but when you add or change content, as you did to the article Birmingham City F.C., please cite a reliable source for your addition. This helps maintain our policy of verifiability. See Wikipedia:Citing sources for how to cite sources, and the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. Thank you. October 2012[edit]

Hello, I'm Krenair. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Privatisation of British Rail seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, Krenair (talkcontribs) 11:35, 9 October 2012 (UTC)

December 2012[edit]

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed your recent edit to Barclays Cycle Hire does not have an edit summary. Please provide one before saving your changes to an article, as the summaries are quite helpful to people browsing an article's history. Thanks! It was difficult to see what you were trying to achieve with these edits. Using an edit summary might help. DBaK (talk) 16:19, 4 December 2012 (UTC)

Information.svg Hello, and thank you for your recent contributions. While the content of your edit may be true, I have removed it because its depth or nature of detail are not consistent with our objectives as an encyclopedia. I recognize that your edit was made in good faith and hope you will familiarize yourself with what Wikipedia is not so we may collaborate in the future. Thank you! Hello, I'm Yintan. I noticed that you made a change to an article, Epping tube station, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks.  Yinta 09:26, 26 June 2013 (UTC)

Stadium/Stadia[edit]

Regarding your changes to stadium articles, replacing the plural with stadia. I would ask you to go to the talk page or a relevant project to propose these changes. Please do not just unilaterally change category titles as the titles do not work if the name is changed: the software just finds a red link. Britmax (talk) 09:52, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

WikiProject Football is interested in this article. You may be able to start a discussion there. Britmax (talk) 09:56, 4 September 2013 (UTC)

Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to James Buckland may have broken the syntax by modifying 1 "[]"s. If you have, don't worry, just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

List of unpaired brackets remaining on the page:
 • 'James Buckland (born 21 September 1981 in Aylesbury, England) is a former [rugby union]] player who played at hooker forLeicester Tigers,London Wasps,[[

October 2013[edit]

Information icon Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to James Haskell. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Thank you. Charles (talk) 08:49, 18 October 2013 (UTC)

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, your addition of one or more external links to the page Dancing in the Rain (song) has been reverted.
Your edit here to Dancing in the Rain (song) was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. The external link(s) you added or changed (http://wiwibloggs.com/2014/02/17/spain-reviews-ruth-lorenzo-dancing-rain/38577/) is/are on my list of links to remove and probably shouldn't be included in Wikipedia. If the external link you inserted or changed was to a blog, forum, free web hosting service, fansite, or similar site (see 'Links to avoid', #11), then please check the information on the external site thoroughly. Note that such sites should probably not be linked to if they contain information that is in violation of the creator's copyright (see Linking to copyrighted works), or they are not written by a recognised, reliable source. Linking to sites that you are involved with is also strongly discouraged (see conflict of interest).
If you were trying to insert an external link that does comply with our policies and guidelines, then please accept my creator's apologies and feel free to undo the bot's revert. However, if the link does not comply with our policies and guidelines, but your edit included other, constructive, changes to the article, feel free to make those changes again without re-adding the link. Please read Wikipedia's external links guideline for more information, and consult my list of frequently-reverted sites. For more information about me, see my FAQ page. Your edit here to Phonological history of Spanish coronal fricatives was reverted by an automated bot that attempts to remove links which are discouraged per our external links guideline. If the information you linked to is indeed in violation of copyright, then such information should not be linked to.
