The international phonetic spelling which the LLC uses (and based off the University of Colorado's work) is the IPA standard on Wikipedia and there's no reason to disrupt Wikipedia with mass changes to your preferred spelling. Help:IPA/Lakota already establishes the IPA spelling to be used on Wikipedia and the is the template to be used for the language via MOS:DUALPRON.
