Official name[edit]

We had a discussion about the use of |official_name= in settlement infoboxes at Template talk:Infobox settlement#Redundancy issue. The consensus was to not use |official_name= if it was redundant to |name= and |settlement_type=. That is why I removed |official_name= from Savannah, Georgia.
