Hi, welcome to wikipedia

Unfortunately I figured out how to revert and reverted all your changes in the Frank Ryan article. The one that caused me concern was:

"Once an invasion of Éire by U.S. troops stationed in Northern Ireland in 1942 failed to materialize for the good reason that it was mostly a wartime Irish republican propaganda tool,"

You might like to check The Emergency, Operation Green (Ireland), Plan W, Operation Osprey, Plan Kathleen etc. Invasion by the USA was a fear widely held in Eire and Germany. Mostly because of their invasion of neutral Greenland and Iceland- part of the reason why de Valera protested so much about them being stationed in NI. Nor were "Irish republican propaganda tool's" anything to do with the decision to drop Ryan as a mission specialist.
