I have not the time to go into deep detail and quote sources and papers, I disagree with the fundamental underpinning of the whole discussion, Joan Robinson was not an equilibrium, neo-classical economist and her arguments should not be mixed with differing economic ideologies, I am glad you removed my edit, I made a terrible typo stating minimum wages do not reduce unemployment, when I meant to say their is in fact no sound empirical evidence to back the contention that minimum wages cause unemployment, he says this is clearly excepted, not in the real world it is not.Only in right wing American business schools from which this whole discussion is derived .
