Autoblocked because your IP address was recently used by "Demonthesis". The reason given for Demonthesis's block is: "Intimidating behaviour/harassment: WP:NPA, WP:SOCK; see talk.".

Request reason:

This is a shared computer system for Youth scheme users mainly children. Over fifty people use this computer. The validation that you gave for blocking is unreasonable and wrong. There was no intimidation - no inducement of fear and no harassment either as harassment means the following - to disturb persistently; torment, as with troubles or cares; bother continually; pester; persecute. 2. to trouble by repeated attacks, incursions, etc., as in war or hostilities; harry; raid. As there is no persistance in the comment made by one user this is wholly unfair. And beside these teens are exercising freedom of speech, without the freedom of speach the the world would be plunged into chaos. I think that you need to grow up a little and stop victimising these children from expressing their opinions. They have worked pretty hard to try and research MR Cole Hunter for wikipedia. It has become a bit of a challenge for them. So i would like to ask you to unblock this web address as there are many users for this computer.I am asking this in a friendly and open manner. However if this is denied then I will have to take this to the owners of the Site. I will use among other things the The Human Rights Act 1993 (Section 44) makes it "unlawful for any person who supplies goods, facilities, or services to the public or to any member of the public (a) to refuse on demand to provide any other person with those goods, facilities, or services; or (b) to treat any other person less favourably in connection with the provision of those goods, facilities or services than would otherwise be the case - by reason of any of the prohibited grounds of discrimination." and especially how most of the children/teens are from underprivaliged backgrounds and ethnic minorities i am sure that the need for the blockage in the first place would seem a bit of an over reaction.

Decline reason:

Unfortunately, there's no evidence this is a shared IP address. You may wish to see WP:SOCK, a policy page regarding the use of multiple accounts (including groups of people who all edit in collusion with each other). If this is an educational or other instutition, you may wish to have a staff member contact unblock-en-l. Sorry. – Luna Santin (talk) 01:24, 27 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.
