unconstitutional electoral law italy - your changes[edit]

Hello Barjimoa, I think that you should consider more carefully Italy's tConstitutional Court's verdict about the current parliament of Italy.

The Court said the electoral LAW was in contrast with art 48 of the Italian Constitution. The note that you have removed concerned precisely the electoral LAW. Therefore, its content is not POV. Rather, it reports a fact and therefore it is NPOV: Italy is currently ruled by a Parliament elected with an unconstitutional law.

The court simply added that the Parliament must be considered legitimate just because it is a fundamental part ot the State and therefore cannot be missing. However, the LAW it was elected with breaches a number of voters' rights.

You have have removed the note because you have made confusion between the constitutionality of Parliament and the (un)constitutionaluty of its electoral law. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 151.95.206.106 (talk) 18:54, 24 December 2014 (UTC)
