Boldstandard, I don't think you or any of the IPs has anything constructive to say at Talk:Columbia University. In addition, you are again bringing up accusations of socking, which do not belong on that page. Bbb23, with all due respect, the edit you reverted included links to 4 sources (table prepared by Columbia, Columbia website, Department of Education, National Student Clearinghouse) which cast a reasonable doubt in terms of the accuracy of the article and the root cause of the recent edit wars occurring on that page. If you look at my edit, my point was that the whole issue whether Teachers College graduates receive Columbia degrees is inconclusive and therefore cannot be indicated as such in the article. To give an analogy, when you have a territorial dispute between 2 countries, they are going to bring out old maps and other evidence to present their own case favorably. However if the issue is inconclusive at the end of the day, you cannot edit a Wikipedia article to read, say, the Spratly Islands is the territory of China. This is exactly the case with the Columbia article when you have both sides pointing to different evidence but at the end of the day the issue is inconclusive and therefore it gives reasonable doubt whether the claim made by the IP editor is accurate. Other admins have told me to establish a consensus on the talk page and the IP editors are unresponsive on their own talk page. How am I supposed to correct the article then? Am I supposed to directly edit the article? You are leaving me without any tools to correct the article. If it does not belong on the page, I am deleting the accusation of socking but respectfully request that my edit will not be reverted next time as it is directly relevant to make the article more accurate. please put back a sentence that has been deleted in error(see below)

To the editor who recently deleted the sentence "Teachers College graduates are Columbia University alumni" from the Relationship With Columbia University page: They are. Teachers College, Columbia University graduates may become members of Columbia University alumni association clubs and are eligible for consideration for the Columbia University Alumni medal. Obviously, TC graduates are Columbia alumni.
