Hello, I'm Eagles247. Your recent edit to the page Template:Minnesota Vikings roster appears to have added premature information about a reported sports transaction, so it has been removed for now. The transaction is based on anonymous sources and/or awaiting an official announcement. If you believe the transaction has been completed, please cite a reliable source or discuss your change on the article's talk page. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. "Agreed to terms" means the contract has not been officially signed yet, please wait until the transactions become official. Eagles 24/7 (C) 18:00, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Again, these signings are not official. The team only announced these players have "agreed to terms" which is not an official signing yet. Eagles 24/7 (C) 18:18, 25 March 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at Template:Minnesota Vikings roster, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources and take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 16:27, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hey, you want to assign positions as showing on the roster from the Vikings' web site? Then they should all be "DL" or else removed altogether. But apparently you didn't like that approach, either. These positions you keep reverting are wrong in the context of the new 3-4 defense. If you know nothing about the team, leave the fucking roster alone. Carsondyle59 (talk) 17:57, 21 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I'm fine with listing the players as defensive linemen, I'd honestly prefer it that way. Also, consider toning your aggression down, it's unnecessary when it could be solved with a source (as requested) instead of lashing out towards me. Remember to assume good faith, because it's inappropriate that you claimed I was causing vandalism by asking for a source for positional changes. Hey man im josh (talk) 13:03, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I've had it with you. Understand? Fed. Up. Carsondyle59 (talk) 16:39, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
I don't actually understand. I'm attempting to work with you, and I made sure to press thank on the edits that you made that cited a source for a player's position (which I appreciate) as a way to acknowledge your changes. Wikipedia is a collaborative effort and working together with other editors is a key part of that. Hey man im josh (talk) 17:17, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop your disruptive editing. Wikipedia aims to provide a safe environment for its collaborators, and harassing other users, as you did on Template:Minnesota Vikings roster, potentially compromises that safe environment. If you continue to harass other editors, you may be blocked from editing. Hey man im josh (talk) 10:44, 22 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Please do not attack other editors, as you did at Template:Minnesota Vikings roster‎. Comment on content, not on contributors. Personal attacks damage the community and deter users. Please stay cool and keep this in mind while editing. Thank you. Hey man im josh (talk) 18:40, 18 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Information icon Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Hey man im josh (talk) 16:54, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

And I've notice you're a fucking asshole who can't take a hint. Fuck off and leave the NFL rosters alone. Carsondyle59 (talk) 16:55, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
This will be my last reply to you. I've lost my patience and will revert any change you make to the Vikings roster. ANY change, so get used to it, asshole. Carsondyle59 (talk) 16:56, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
If you follow through with that threat you will, at a minimum, be blocked from {{Minnesota Vikings roster}} and possibly all of Wikipedia. You also need to stop with the personal attacks against other editors. CambridgeBayWeather, Uqaqtuq (talk), Huliva 07:17, 23 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Please stop attacking other editors, as you did on User talk:Carsondyle59. If you continue, you may be blocked from editing. Comment on content, not on other contributors or people. Hey man im josh (talk) 16:55, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Template:Minnesota Vikings roster. This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.

Points to note:

  1. Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
  2. Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.

If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. Hey man im josh (talk) 16:57, 22 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]
