Proposed deletion of Yongge Wang[edit]

A proposed deletion template has been added to the article Yongge Wang, suggesting that it be deleted according to the proposed deletion process because of the following concern:

Fails WP:ACADEMIC at this time, I think.

All contributions are appreciated, but this article may not satisfy Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion, and the deletion notice should explain why (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and Wikipedia's deletion policy). You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{dated prod}} notice, but please explain why you disagree with the proposed deletion in your edit summary or on its talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised because, even though removing the deletion notice will prevent deletion through the proposed deletion process, the article may still be deleted if it matches any of the speedy deletion criteria or it can be sent to Articles for Deletion, where it may be deleted if consensus to delete is reached. Speedy deletion nomination of Yongge Wang[edit]

Hello Certicom,

I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Yongge Wang for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly say why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.

If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Nicky mathew (talk) 08:58, 17 January 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Affiliation Disclosure Request.[edit]

Hello.

I'm not sure about your real name though, and calling you Certicom may be a bit in appropriate. I'm an individual interested in cryptography, and have noted that you've created a page about Yongge Wang. While I don't like to assume that's you without solid evidance, I believe that the rest of the community would prefer you disclose a bit about your affiliation on your own user page.

I hope I'm not asking too much, thanks. Dannyniu (talk) 01:42, 10 October 2017 (UTC).[reply]
