Walter Görlitz: This is what I usually do. I'm a french speaker and often contribute in the french part actually. I thought I could change the 
99' (og) into { {og|99} } (what colors the ball in red) because we interestingly do it this way in french. That's why I didn't bother using the preview for so little, what I normally do when the contribution is more important. But thanks anyway for your remark. DS 99 (talk) 16:37, 2 February 2016 (UTC)

The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to impose binding solutions to disputes between editors, primarily for serious conduct disputes the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the authority to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail.
