If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 22:47, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I've done the basic rationale, but you'll have to add the source. Doceirias (talk) 22:51, 13 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Guest Stars on Seinfeld characters article[edit]

Hi. I'm here to back up what User 24.190.136.18 said in his explanation on why the "Guest Stars" section should be kept in the List of Seinfeld minor characters: I did some research on the edit history, and noted that there was indeed a guest stars section that was deleted on February 26th, 2012. Well, 24.190.136.18 attempted to bring that back on June 7th, only for it to be taken down due to a bad explanation. This user re-wrote the section and posted that up on October 23rd, and that stayed until now. Inferring from the history, User 24.190.136.18 "first set foot" on this page, with the "Guests" section intact, some time before February 26th. He did not actually add it at all. Look, User 24.190.136.18 is only trying to help, so I hope this will get you to change your mind. Thanks for your time. TFSyndicate (talk) 21:47, 14 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for that info. 24.190.136.18's most recent edit summary led me to believe otherwise. However, I still do believe that this section doesn't belong, since a list of one-time guests on a TV show, no matter how big of a cult following the show has, isn't really encyclopedia. Wikipedia is not an indiscriminate collection of information. Certain guest stars who made prolonged appearances or have a verifiable lasting legacy outside the fandom of the show certainly could be listed; off the top of my head, maybe The Soup Nazi or Tim Whatley or Babu Bhatt.
Regardless of my opinions, I would defer to Qwyrxian's position on the issue, as he is an administrator and is likely familiar with the status quo. That said, I would encourage you to start a discussion on the talk page if you feel otherwise. db26 (talk) 17:50, 15 November 2012 (UTC)[reply]
