Mirrors[edit]

Information icon Thanks for contributing to the article Christopher Caldwell (journalist) ‎. However, one of Wikipedia's core policies is that material must be verifiable and attributed to reliable sources. You have recently used citations which copied, or mirrored, material from Wikipedia. This leads to a circular reference and is not acceptable. Most mirrors are clearly labeled as such, but some are in violation of our license and do not provide the correct attribution. Please help by adding alternate sources to the article you edited! If you need any help or clarification, you can look at Help:Contents/Editing Wikipedia or ask at Wikipedia:New contributors' help page, or just ask me. Thank you. Just for clarity, this is related to adding 'alchetron' here and here, and 'wikiwand' here. If the word 'Wikipedia' appears on the page, then it's likely not a solid source. Sam Kuru (talk) 18:52, 3 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
@Kuru ok, sorry about that. I will change it! DixieBoyVA (talk) 07:44, 4 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

September 2023[edit]

Information icon Please refrain from making unconstructive edits to Wikipedia. Your edits appear to be disruptive and have been or will be reverted.

Please ensure you are familiar with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines, and please do not continue to make edits that appear disruptive. Continued disruptive editing may result in loss of editing privileges. I see you were warned about adding links to alchetron on the 3rd, but are still doing so today. Please don't cite wikipedia mirrors, they are not reliable sources. Thanks! Suriname0 (talk) 21:23, 8 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]

@Suriname0 Sorry, I wasn't aware I couldn't use Alcherton as a citation. I'll stop making unconstructive edits on Wikipedia. DixieBoyVA (talk) 10:17, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
You were given an explicit warning with details on the site and why it was not acceptable on Monday. You acknowledged this problem. Are you following this at all? Sam Kuru (talk) 12:19, 9 September 2023 (UTC)[reply]
