What is/are pancakes in the USA? Once in a company there, I made an offer to prepare pancakes for dinner (it was afternoon)and someone in the company smiled (or mocked to me!). I stayed serious not knowing what is the point! The question came from the company: pancakes for evening? Yes, I said, WE prepare them for evening, as a main meal or a dessert, sometimes under flame, salty and sweet, whatever the people want, on a very different ways! It is something delicious if prepared properly! If someone wants to try, I invite to come here! MIA
