Child support[edit]

In most US states getting the party owing child support to pay up is the duty of the Friend of the Court, so they should be contacted. Our article seems absent, with a redirect elsewhere. Their job is to collect child support and pass it on, and take action when it's not collected in a timely manner. If they have been bypassed at the request of both parties, then either party can likely petition the court to go through the "Friend" instead. StuRat (talk) 13:55, 14 May 2014 (UTC)[reply]
