Your DYK nomination

Hello! Your submission of Knights of the Royal Oak at the Did You Know nominations page has been reviewed, and there still are some issues that may need to be clarified. Please review the comment(s) underneath your nomination's entry and respond there as soon as possible. Thank you for contributing to Did You Know! ∗ \ / () 11:17, 3 March 2009 (UTC)

Good to know about list content on DYK. So how do I delete nom or has it been already? Thx & cheers. 32.155.165.172 (talk) (Geaugagrrl in cloak-mode) —Preceding undated comment added 21:26, 3 March 2009 (UTC).
Hi Geaugrrl. I can remove your nomination for you (or you can withdraw it yourself by blanking that section), but I just wanted to check with you first and make sure you want to. Your article can still qualify if you expand the intro section with some new material (since it's about 800 characters now, you would only need to add a couple sentences of good stuff); as for the hook being too long, that is easy to fix, since just about everyone working at DYK is an expert in copyediting and trimming. So, if you think you can add a bit to the article in the next day or so, you are welcome to strike your comment and keep the nomination open. If not, that's ok, you're free to withdraw the nom if you aren't interested in working on the article anymore....just keep up the good work somewhere, at least! Let me see what else I can dig up. I have a day or two, right? Thanks so much. ~Geaugagrrl talk 05:11, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
I have added text with ref. & citations. See if these changes work? ~Geaugagrrl talk 05:51, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
That's quite an improvement. You're still a tiny bit short—about 1450 characters now, and 1500 is usually the minimum. (A handy way to calculate the article length is using the script at User:Dr pda/prosesize.js). Just a word here and there should get it over. rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 06:13, 4 March 2009 (UTC)
One last addition for this night; too knackered to do more or to do a script calculation. Until tomorrow & thanks. ~Geaugagrrl talk 06:26, 4 March 2009 (UTC)

Vreel Zango

Just a response to your comment on the Vreel article. While it'd sound better, it would imply that Zango was removed because zango went down. And not only that, But I don't think Zango is dead though I'd happily be proven wrong. And next time make the suggestion on the talk page of the article. It makes it a little easier to discuss. I did post a comment on the talk page. Cheers. ~Geaugagrrl talk 03:38, 6 March 2009 (UTC)

You're very welcome; it was an interesting article to work on. Congratulations on your first (I assume?) DYK, and keep up the good work! rʨanaɢ talk/contribs 18:52, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
It is not my first DYK. You are kind to say the article is interesting. ~Geaugagrrl talk 18:58, 8 March 2009 (UTC)
