I found your hot dog

This is the Seattle Times article discussing the so-called "Seattle-style" hot dog. It turns the information in the article was slightly inaccurate; the cream cheese dog isn't official, just something people ask for on a regular basis. The article cites Matt's Famous as the place to go, but from what I read I'd recommend taking your own cream cheese just in case. Hope this helps!
