Please see WP:CORP. If you can provide information that shows that your topic is notable by our standards, please do so. Perel 06:41, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
Thanks Perel, that clears up a lot and makes sense. --Jonhenshaw 14:03, 30 November 2006 (UTC)
The article Catherine Freer has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
- A definite WP:COATRACK and promotional ad for this organization, with notability not established. I hesitate to think what the article looked like *before* the "clean up." Fails WP:CORP and WP:ORG, since WP:BIO is scarcely in play.
While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ravenswing 03:36, 22 June 2012 (UTC)
Notice of Conflict of interest noticeboard discussion
[edit]There is currently a discussion at Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard regarding a possible conflict of interest incident with which you may be involved. Thank you. – BoogerD (talk) 17:02, 8 May 2018 (UTC)
Hi Jonhenshaw, would you mind taking a look at Template:Paid and incorporate it into your user page? We appreciate that you've declared your employer as required by our terms of service, and this template can help by presenting the information in a consistent way for our editors to see. This recommendation and other guidelines are part of the Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure, which you might want to review in detail also. -- Netoholic @ 03:22, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
- @Netoholic: I updated my user page with the Template:Paid usage template and also included details on the type of contributions I'm making and not making related to my employer. Thank you for the guidance. --Jonhenshaw (talk) 02:44, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
- Looks great, thanks for taking care of that and thanks for keeping official links up-to-date. If you find any significant issues with CBS-related articles that you think editors should take a look at, don't hesitate to voice the concerns on the article's talk page using {{request edit}}, or ask for help at the Conflict of Interest collaboration project or the Conflict of interest noticeboard. -- Netoholic @ 03:35, 12 May 2018 (UTC)
