Three edits by a range if IPs is really not very much from my experience. He will likely get bored and stop. If a user vandalizes repeatedly he can be banned. Usually after four "indisputable" vandalizing edits or less if especially malicious. If what was written is fact, then it might be a matter of wp:undue or just personal opinion about what should be in the article. Wikipedia does have a no censorship policy. I would suggest putting it on your watch list (you may need an account for a watch list), that will allow you to keep an eye on it. Cheers! Jim1138 (talk) 17:48, 31 January 2012 (UTC)
