Request reason:

The reason for my blocking is "no open proxies"; it seems I am collateral damage of blocking somebody else with a similar IP address.

Decline reason:

As stated below, you need to follow the instructions given when you try to edit, otherwise no administrator can find the relevant IP block: we do not have access to the information. This account itself is neither directly blocked nor autoblocked. JamesBWatson (talk) 11:43, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

You will need to follow the unblock request process that you see when you try to edit, or else we will be unable to assist. (talk→ BWilkins ←track) 10:57, 14 April 2011 (UTC)[reply]
