Draft:Stephen Zechariah[edit]
Hi, could you explain how you stumbled on Draft:Stephen Zechariah, which wasn't even submitted for AfC, to have it moved to mainspace? I'm asking because the article had been previously deleted for being created by a blocked user and its move to mainspace restricted to autoconfirmed users. I will be straight with you that it is very suspicious for it to have been created by a user in draftspace, followed by a move to mainspace by another new account with autoconfirmed privileges.
