I've encounter a little troubles with talk editing. Thank you for information. I think any external link in an article can be interpreted as some kind of promotion. Please tell me what my suggested link is more promotional than links I've mentioned in prev. post (died link and link to old versions). Also, please tell me why these links is more fitted the article issue than mine. I agree my changes can be considered as promotion. At my point of view we should decide add suggested link without of reason why this link suggested. The main reason is if this link fits the article issue or not (at least compared to existing links).
