I am a computer programmer on the IBM AS/400 long time interested in Software quality Best practices so I will be watching your IT Infrastructure Library info with great interest ... I had never heard of the terminology until you gave it at the New User area. I also interested in Infrastructure in general, since the fall of Central Europe Communism and considerations on what we in the West should have been doing to help the New democracies with their Infrastructure in General.
