(Matthew Borjes (born September 30, 1975) is an American entrepreneur in the personnel and material handling industries.

Borjes grew up in Concord, North Carolina. After graduating from Central Cabarrus High School he attended the Appalachian State University. While at Appalachian, Matt was elected the university's first Homecoming King and was awarded the Leadership Award. He graduated in 1999 with a double degree in Marketing and Spanish with a minor in International Business. Matthew's studies took him to Costa Rica, Panama and Denmark. After traveling to Costa Rica, California & England, Borjes took on a sales related position with an employment agency in Charlotte, NC. Within a year Borjes started his first business called Global Recruiting Network. This venture was an instant success with revenues of over $60,000 in the first few months but suffered in 2001 with the crash of the stock market and struggling economy. Matt's second venture, 123Concord.com was voted Best New Business of 2003 in Concord, NC.

Borjes took on a new role as a sales representative for the J.E. Pope Company in 2002. Borjes was promoted to manage all of South Carolina within his first year with the new employer. Earl Pope sold the business and retired in October of 2005. At that point, Borjes entered into another entrepreunerial role as the President of Space Saving Solutions (www.SpaceSolved.com). This business has been quite successful achieving $1.1M in sales in the first fiscal year.
