Like I was saying, renewable energy has totally overlooked HHO Solar (existing abundant solar hydrogen power from water.)

I advocate a FREE ENERGY agenda using HHO SOLAR, for both municipal and transportation applications, as well as others.

HHO SOLAR separates Hydrogen from Oxygen in ground water using an electrolysis process called hydrolysis.

This is the best energy approach for governments that are cutting back on fossil fuels.

Example: The reason why electric wires spark in storm water is electrolysis, really; the hydrogen and oxygen are separating and burning, hydrolysis, actually.
