Mr. Mansoor Qaisar has more than Twenty years of experience in program management, Advocacy and communication; have worked extensively in different office environments such as INGOs, PR & Media firms, business & research organizations. He has two Master's degrees in Political Sciences and MBA (Human Resource Management) with additional professional education such as Journalism and blogging. He is freelance journalist and has written a number of articles on developmental issues in leading newspapers of Pakistan.

Mr. Mansoor Qaisar contributed in the efforts to develop a culturally acceptable communication strategy, engage Religious Leaders of various schools of thought, present the case for family planning, and persuade them to formally endorse birth spacing. He has been instrumental in bringing together prominent religious scholars of the country and obtained their endorsement for family planning for better maternal & child health.

He has organized a number of events and managed advocacy campaigns for INGOs. He has also worked in communities to mobilize communities on a number of projects such as PAIMAN, FALAH funded by the USAID. He has a wonderful skill of writing press releases in Urdu and English and has good relations with the press and can easily publish them in the press. He has experience with internet research tools, website and social media management such as WordPress, BlogSpot, and feels at home working on social media websites such as Twitter and Facebook. Besides this, He has also conducted several workshops, meetings, Focus Group Discussions, In-depth Interviews, and community meetings.

He attained multiple classroom and online training courses from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and Peace Operations Training Institute – USA. He attended a training on “Communicating with Policy Makers on Health & Population” at East-West Center, Hawaii-USA. He is now an active member of the Alumni Association of East-West Center. Recently he represented Pakistan at a Workshop on Strategic Partnerships with Muslim Religious Leaders (MRLs) in Family Planning in Indonesia. Most recently he represented Pakistan at Central Africa’s Reginal Symposium on “Islam, Demographic Dividend and Family Well-Being” in N’Djamena, Chad.
