My question is, how do you add someone to wikipedia who is a hacker / director (tv/music/film) / writer (tv) / and internet scoundrel. This person has press and notable accomplishments in all these fields, but their name is common and there are already 17 entries under that name. How do you insert a single entry that defines. --Netw1z 19:34, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Generally such a case is done in the format of Name Lastname (notability), see James Cameron (disambiguation) for a some examples and Wikipedia:Naming conventions (people) for a detailed explaination of the policy. If someone is known for a lot of different things, it comes down to what the author recognises as their most "notable" reason for an article. If someone has written four movies and only directed two, they're probably more likely to be considered a writer, etc. Just a judgement call. -Dawson 19:41, 31 May 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is this John Lee (aka Corrupt)[edit]

Cool, is this really you, John Lee? I really liked your character in "Masters Of Deception, The Gang That Ruled Cyberspace". Were you portrayed accurately in that book? Family Guy Guy 15:23, 21 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Is this your amazon profile? http://www.amazon.com/gp/pdp/profile/A37CY284GOGQCN Family Guy Guy (talk) 14:12, 14 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Me again. I've always wondered, what is the origin of the "PLONK" error message given by the mod bbs when it crashed? Perhaps if you knew what OS the BBS was running, I could run a search on that OSes binaries to find it.
