Unfortunately, the text is very similar to an article in the book Numerical Solution of Partial Differential Equations on Parallel Computers, published by Springer last year. Based on your user name, I presume you're the author of that article. Nevertheless, copyright usually rests by the publisher, and we cannot accept copyrighted text here. If you do possess the copyright, please let me know and I'll guide you through the procedure. Otherwise, we'll have to delete the article, though of course I'd be very grateful if you could write something unencumbered by copyright. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me.
