RHOF?[edit]

I see you have been adding a bunch of people to a category "Rockabilly Hall of Fame Inductees". Is that because they have pages on the rockabillyhall.com site? That doesn't look like a real "Hall of Fame", it looks like a bunch of webpages about various artists. Could you give me a link to where they were "inducted"? And to how they were selected? • I'm sorry, I wrote the above before I found the Wikipedia article on the Hall of Fame; I have also looked closer at the site. I still don't see any real mechanism for the "inductees" being added; it looks like people just make suggestions to the HOF, maybe with a donation, and they decide to add the name, or not. I'm not sure it really qualifies as a "Hall of Fame". It looks like a great resource website on rockabilly music, but it also looks like it lists pretty much anyone who ever played rockabilly in the early 60s. I think I will try to get some other editors to look at this and help decide what to do - it may be that this category should be just deleted. Brianyoumans (talk) 13:11, 15 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
    • I added those artists on the RHOF's Induction Certificates list (http://www.rockabillyhall.com/Certificates.html) who were not already in the RHOF Inductees category. As it stands, there are 18 names in the category that are not on the Induction list, but I did not delete them. I agree that the RHOF website is unclear, and I have no attachment to the category. I updated the category just for the sake of completeness; thinking if some are going to be listed then all - or as many as possible - should be listed. OlyBin (talk) 07:12, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
