Translation work?

Hello there. Not sure if you still remember me (even though I'm not seen much on here) but, I'm not sure how good you are with translation work with Japanese but, this article needs a lot of editing as its missing a lot of information, such as Japanese text for Janperson's weapons, description of some characters and episode titles (also to mention that the episode list as its episodes jumbled up in comparison to the ones in the JP article, and have dates stuck at the end of them). I was going to do all this work but I felt it'd be too much to do, even when I did a fair amount of translation work for Guyferd and Machineman although these articles are still missing some stuff. If you're unable to do the rest of the translation job from their JP articles, that's fine. I had no one else to ask so I've asked you instead, unless you can point me to someone who can do the job easily (i.e. if they have more knowledge of the language). -BrydoF1989 (talk) 10:54, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

I'm not that adept at translating Japanese yet, so I'm afraid I can't be of much help to you. In a years time I may be doing much better at it, as I will have to speak it as a second language, but right now my only strength is reading phonetically and deciphering Google Translate's gibberish.—Ryulong (竜龙) 19:31, 7 July 2012 (UTC)
Haha, that's what I've been trying to do also, just because the Japanese language has a much different word structure. Well, hope someone else can work on these articles though, and I bet other tokusatsu series articles have got the same problem (even of other Metal Hero series). -BrydoF1989 (talk) 08:04, 8 July 2012 (UTC)
It usually helps to watch the program, because they aren't very cerebral. I got by on watching raws for Gekiranger and Den-O and understood much of the action.—Ryulong (竜龙) 09:53, 8 July 2012 (UTC)

Amazing Race China Rush 3

Hi, if you've got a few minutes spare could you check over this page for me please? I've updated it extensively in preperation for the new season airing next month with quite a lot of info, but am not sure if I've got the formatting correctly, it's my first time getting a page ready up to this standard before.

The cast list I believe hasn't been completely revealed, the Chinese names I believe are correct but need to be checked over sometime soon which I will do, added in the standard sections any Amazing Race page needs but haven't a clue if its all done right.

The page is very much a work in progress, the first leg was sourced from the website and is listed on the Chinese Wiki page so I assume its correct, doing the best I can anyway on the page but am the only one working on it, it seems. 86.15.195.205 (talk) 20:44, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

It looks good so far. I would contact the guys working on the current Australian version for more help, like User:Kartoffel07, User:Shadow2, and User:ApprenticeFan.—Ryulong (竜龙) 23:03, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

Thankyou for helping 86.15.195.205 (talk) 23:24, 7 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi Ryulong. I've removed the A7 tag, as it's clearly not the appropriate criteria. The PROD will probably suffice. -CTS talk 05:02, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

All right.—Ryulong (竜龙) 05:36, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi - your contributions to this WP:BLP have been mentioned in this report - Please comment there - thanks - Youreallycan 07:12, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Oh fuck he's still at it.—Ryulong (竜龙) 08:53, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Hi - I have left you an additional specific question regarding one of your additions to the BLP - I f you could please reply there - thanks - Youreallycan 09:26, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Gotcha.—Ryulong (竜龙) 09:27, 12 July 2012 (UTC)

Have you read McCarthy 2007 (q.v.)? Uncle G (talk) 08:50, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

The PDF? No.—Ryulong (竜龙) 09:02, 13 July 2012 (UTC)
I have now. An interesting read on the man's past. Now why is it that people are insisting that he should not be referred to as a "criminal" in the lede?—Ryulong (竜龙) 09:23, 13 July 2012 (UTC)

Cynthiabu

Play nice. Per [deleted edits to her userpage], she's 8 years old. What's that userpage template for "is a minor"? Cheers Tonywalton Talk 00:28, 17 July 2012 (UTC)

If she's that young she shouldn't be on this website without an adult's supervision and she should be blocked anyway.—Ryulong (竜龙) 00:38, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
There is no formal age limit on here, as far as I can see. There are admins of 13-14 years old. Tonywalton Talk 00:46, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
A single digit age is pretty low.—Ryulong (竜龙) 00:46, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
Indeed. However I fail to see anything anywhere saying triple, double or single digits are an automatic ban to editing and certain ages "should be blocked". If you feel strongly about it you should probably take it up per Wikipedia:How to contribute to Wikipedia guidance. As it is, User:Cynthiabu's edits seem to me to fall on the WP:AGF side of the argument rather than the WP:VAND side. Please do feel free to report this at WP:AN/I if you feel I have overstepped the mark as an admin. Tonywalton Talk 00:55, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
Cynthiabui has repeated actions despite several requests to stop. This is now vandalism as it has gone far beyond uw-test4.—Ryulong (竜龙) 00:56, 17 July 2012 (UTC)

User:RJR3333 sockpuppeting again

Just letting you know that he's back, this time as TheWeatherman39, and decided to follow me to the Asexuality article. Yes, I'm certain that it's RJR3333. At this point, we probably need to request a range block with regard to his IPs. If he had a static IP address, it would be simple. But his IP address is dynamic. Flyer22 (talk) 12:39, 17 July 2012 (UTC)

So do so. I only picked up on him via ANI.—Ryulong (竜龙) 19:03, 17 July 2012 (UTC)
It seems I'd have to request that in another sockpuppet case against him, since TheWeatherman39 would need to be officially declared a sockpuppet of his. I'm not sure how typical it is to request that in a sockpuppet investigation, but I'd rather leave reporting RJR3333 for sockpuppeting up to others. Otherwise, given that he has demonstrated that he will never stop sockpuppeting, and given that I'll likely spot him before others or be the only one to spot him, reporting him will become my new job around here. The ANI was so that I wouldn't have to interact with him anymore, at least not for some time, and the block was supposed to ensure that. Now it seems that I'll always have to deal with him as long as I edit this site, and I'd rather not be subjected to his constant accusations about how I am out to get him. If I'm turning him in for sockpuppeting all the time, that claim would no doubt be even further validated in his mind and would feature more often than it has. Sure, there will be times when I report him, but I'm not going to make it a habit unless it's dire that he stop editing. Flyer22 (talk) 17:22, 18 July 2012 (UTC)
Fine. I'll restart the case.—Ryulong (竜龙) 18:46, 18 July 2012 (UTC)

TAR Australia 2 map (new update)

I did went to Sonia's talk page and she did not edited a new update for TARAu2 map, the map itself now includes Canada (Vancouver). Sonia hasn't been editing the map so long and keeps getting busy on her non-wiki projects. ApprenticeFan work 07:08, 26 July 2012 (UTC)

Pokemon Genesect thing..

I found it funny he says Pokemon.co.jp is not the official site. I'll leave it be though. I knew it was in the coding long before though. --Hinata talk 01:31, 31 July 2012 (UTC)
