Thanks for the background. I'm afraid that there are some worrying cases of poor admin activity, though I hadn't come across those two as being involved; has this been brought up at WP:AN/I? That won't be productive, but it's a first step in dealing with it. If Rama's Arrow wants help in dealing with abuse, though, he'd be better advised not to alienate those who might provide that help.

I've just noticed your contributions history; this account seems to have been created largely to support Rama's Arrow. I take it that you're not a new editor — are you Rama's Arrow, or just a friend of his using this sock-puppet account to help him out?
