Rants About Me: As you can see Finlay McWalter loves to back up his clames with thin air.[edit]

Wordwiz , Please stop promoting GM gene. Its an encyclopedia, not a link project.

Please stop. If you continue to use Wikipedia for advertising, you will be blocked from editing. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 17:49, 8 April 2006 (UTC) I am not sending spam! The link relates to the site! the same as every other link on the page! You are being a jerk! You are the one that shoul be baned! WordWiz[reply]

Please read WP:SPAM and WP:CIVIL. These are rules, they apply to you. Follow them. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 17:53, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
This is your last warning. The next time you insert a spam link, you will be blocked from editing Wikipedia. -- Finlay McWalter | Talk 17:58, 8 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I have read the rules. But, what you are saying is just dumb. I added a link to the external page list under Game Maker. It is related to the program Game Maker. The same as every other link on the page! Why not go bug them with your edits! I do see that one thing I did kind of broke the rules and I will change that, so it will follow them. But, There is no reason why I should be blocked for puting a Link that relates! That is not spam! WordWiz

What in the world, you are just abuseing the ban system, I did nothing wrong. I even posted a descussion on the topic, you have yet to back up any proof of any of your clams. I did not post spam and I did follow the rules. Also, you have broke the Reverted edits rule! WordWiz

Other Rants About Me: Well the same rant, but at least Quadduc talks a little.[edit]

During 24 hours, you have spammed the Game Maker article seven times after previously having had the content reverted [1]. Is that what you call following the rules? --Quadduc 14:54, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]
Finlay McWalter has not broken the 3RR, since this rule excludes correction of simple vandalism. --Quadduc 15:09, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I did not spam the articale. Also, I did also change the topic and there is nothing that I have seen in the rules that relate to an edit, only reverts of a article. Look I don't realy like this "edit wars" I have tryed to talk with everyone that has changes the article, I made a descussion as well. All of you are complaining with out backing up your clames. Also, I did not do any "vandalism" to the topic I posted a tutorial and a external link not a spam link but to a help forum about game maker. WordWiz

Rants About Me: Rants By Quadduc answers by me[edit]

The content you added is defined as External link spamming. You added the same content over and over, which of course counts as reverts and vandalism. You were told to stop by several people, warnings were added to your talk page, but you didn't care. Also, after you had added a section on the Game Maker talk page, you continued spamming the article. --Quadduc 15:35, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Also, I did not do any "vandalism" to the topic I posted a tutorial and a external link not a spam link but to a help forum about game maker. Also about your reply: You are putting up a link to a forum with 24 members, which is considerably less than any of the sites listed. Take for example the Russian GM community with more than 2000 members, or the official GMC with more than 27000 members. There are dozens of Game Maker related forums the same size as yours. Should we add all these too? I don't think so. --Quadduc 10:13, 9 April 2006 (UTC) The russian GM community with more than 2000 members this is not true. You did not read russian this is what that bottom part says

== 68 участников. Приветствуем нового участника BadAngel.
== 68 participants are registered. We welcome new participant BadAngel.

They did not set it up the same, so the stats are not the forum standard! When you looked at it in russian you did not know this because you do not know how to read it! As you can see the don't have 2000 members that you clamed. They only have 68! Also, the GM community is the official community so yes they have more members. But, there are NOT all active members on the forum most if not all have left, there are a lot but they are not active I don't think that most have been on in years. Also, my forum is not a junk little forum, it is faster then the GMC by 3x, It has it's own tool sets, and lots of features. It even has a chat bot! Don't go telling me it is a standard forum. because it is not. Also, we have other skinsets to that the users can change and more stuff then any other forum has.

By mistake I said it had more than 2000 members. They have more than 2000 posts. But this discussion belongs to Talk:Game Maker. --Quadduc 16:33, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I find that you are trying make up your so called "facts". I would have put a post there if I could due to the fact that users are not frendly or helpfull. So my post was blocked due to IP ban because of so called "spam" that users back up with no facts.

The content you added is defined as External link spamming. You added the same content over and over, which of course counts as reverts and vandalism. I only made edits to the content, to try and fit better as well as change it back. Why? Because you don't give me any comments about this and I don't care what any one says if they can't back up there clame. Why should I care other then the fact that some one bugs me. They don't want to talk with me they are just doing it to be mean and it is only a power play. I did not do anything other then post, help info and a link to a help site! I have tryed to send emails, chat with the people on there page. They don't reply with any back up to there clame. Why should I give in to these people?

I'd rather not continue telling you the same things all the time. You have broken the rules which you should have read long time ago. You are talking nonsense. People have told you what you did wrong and what you were supposed to read. But you seem to think that since this is a free encyclopedia, you have the right to do anything without anybody objecting. You seem to have no interest in helping Wikipedia, only promoting your forums and gaining some popularity. Trying to go into an edit war with Wikipedians is not the way to go. --Quadduc 16:33, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Show me in the rules that says this, What rule did I break! you never back up your clam that I brok the rules with any fact. My intrest is helping users, that I why I posted that help tutorial, my forum is also just set up to help users. It is not making me money, I only made it to fix bugs and flaws that the GMC would not fix with there site. To give a resorce that is not some junk forum that would work fast and give the power to users. I am NOT trying to go into an "edit war" why would I want that? I tryed to talk with the users but they are just being mean and have no facts for back up of any of there clames.

Stop deleting discussions Rant[edit]

It is inappropriate. If you can't come up with an argument against what someone is saying, don't just delete the comment they added. --Quadduc 17:10, 9 April 2006 (UTC) What? I did not delete comments because I did not come up with an argument against what someone is saying I only took comments that were copys, of stuff that was all ready there or are old to clean up the page. I looked in the rules and it says that I can do this. I did nothing wrong, you did not make any master comment that beat me down or anything. Also, I see that you have tryed to clean up the Discussion on Game Maker to make it seem like I did not prove that you were wrong. You are the one that is taking out facts not me.[reply]

Honestly, I don't care whatever you think. You removed some of my comments. I could have written a lot about you, like your taking everything being a rant, but I don't think it's worth it. --Quadduc 17:30, 9 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Feel free to talk with me mor about any of the comments. I am taking it as a rant, why because it is. You and others seem to love to talk about things without any truth or backup for your clames. All you did was say the same thing over and over, you did not backup your "facts" with anything. All you are doing is flaming and ranting. You don't seem to talk about why. I see this happen all the time on forum and open posts. I realy don't care about them, open discussion is fine, but rants are just rants.

I would have care more if you would give me real facts, not make up your own facts. The truth is that you have found no real reason why I should not be able to add a link and help the community. Look I realy don't wan't to fight with you. Can we talk about this like good users of wikipedia or do you just want to rant?

I am willing to change my post, to a point. If you find it is because of a certan thing that you think is spam. I am open to ideas about this topic.

After all, I am am trying to do is add to the community. I don't make any money or anything from the site, it is for open ideas to help users.
