Walter T. Downing (1865-1918) was an American architect in Atlanta, Georgia.[1] Several of his works are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.[2]

This home stood on the SE corner of Peachtree & 14th Street opposite Colony Square on the same side of Peachtree.

Walter T. Downing was father of John F. Downing, who was also an architect and continued his father's firm.
