WHIRL Magazine was a lifestyle magazine published in Pittsburgh, in the U.S. state of Pennsylvania. WHIRL grown from one magazine into a publishing company with multiple titles, including Edible Allegheny, the resource for local food, the semi-annual WHIRL Wedding Guide, and the just-launched quarterly, WHIRL At Home. WHIRL was founded in 2001 and had the mission of showcasing the positive aspects and lifestyle of Western Pennsylvania. The magazine's last issue was published in January 2019.

Cover stars included Beth Ostrosky Stern, Christina Aguilera, Taylor Swift and President of the United States, Barack Obama.

Edible Allegheny

Edible Allegheny is a bi-monthly publication. It promotes western Pennsylvania's food movement, its distinct culinary styles, and its huge community of growers, producers, chefs, and food artisans.[2]
