I am Mad beucz I should have Asked this Question 4 years ago.

1. When Skylar realizes that her mother Patricia sent the Embarrassing Picture of Dina to Everyone, did Patricia know Beforehand that Dina was Going to commit Suicide?

2. Ever since Dina committed Suicide, was Patricia very Happy about [Dina's death]?

If watching the movie doesn't answer those questions, you could look for a novelization of it. If there's no novelization, you could write to the authors of the screenplay, but I wouldn't bet on getting an answer.
