Truthiness[edit]

How come the article on "Truthiness" is being featured on October 18, dispite the fact it was requested it should appear on October 17? ISD 05:23, 9 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Featured articles[edit]

Hi, I have a little question. I have noticed many featured articles that I've never seen in "today's featured article". Does it mean they will become "today's featured article" one day? Can an article become featured a long time before it becomes "today's featured article" ? YemeniteCamel 18:42, 18 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

  • Yes, almost all Featured Articles will one day make the Main Page, but sometimes there is quite a time-lag. The current Featured Article Director largely decides the timing. He has decided that a few FAs, such as Wikipedia, are not suitable for the Main Page. I notice that "Wikipedia" is no longer a featured article, so I am not sure if there are any others that Raul654 does not plan to use. Johntex\talk 20:58, 30 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
