Proposed change[edit]

The lead and several sections mention that A-Teams and reviewers are/must be "project members." I suggest replacing this with "editors" since there is no reason to exclude non-members from this function. –dlthewave 18:20, 24 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]

A little background, this department is a creative merger of the defunct Conservatism Collaboration and the A-Class Review. IOW collaborations working on A-Class articles. Should the the A-Team be restricted to project members is an interesting question. I will say that it's important to foster camaraderie and collegiality amongst members of this project.
Regarding the reviewers, the A-Class guideline references "A peer review by project editors" and "A coordinator from the project closes the review." By having WikiProject members undertake the review phase this helps ensure that the article meets the A-Class standards of the particular WikiProject. – Lionel(talk) 10:31, 27 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
