Nice job so far on the article, but are you guys sure the GA/FA VP/FP analogy is warranted? I mean, both GA and FA value the same sort of criteria only the latter are much more strict. Or in other words, GA and FA are different "grades" of the same thing. While VP and FP, as I understand, don't really share such a hierarchical relation; VP is not a "softer" FP, the goals and criteria are quite different. VP are highly encyclopedic images, FP are highly encyclopedic images that also display a professional standard of photography/restoration/illustration. WP:VP? is roughly a subset of WP:FP? so yes it is justified. MER-C 08:10, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]
