William Warren Phillips (born March 18, 1979 in Nice, France) was a French basketball player. Son of William and Dominique Phillips. Both parents played professional basketball in France. His mother is French, while father is American. He played as a Power Forward. He is currently the Director of Basketball Operations for James Madison University.
