Žerotice is a municipality and village in Znojmo District in the South Moravian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.

Žerotice lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Znojmo, 45 km (28 mi) south-west of Brno, and 181 km (112 mi) south-east of Prague.
