Lăpușnicel (Hungarian: Kislaposnok) is a commune in Caraș-Severin County, western Romania with a population of 1,320 people. It is composed of three villages, Lăpușnicel, Pârvova (Porhó) and Șumița (Cseherdős, Czech: Šumice).
