Macron speech[edit]

Emmanuel Macron as a president was directly elected by the neo caledonian. His speech isn't "international reaction". It would be quite weird not to mention his awaited speech one hour after the result were made public. It's internal mattters--Aréat (talk) 22:37, 4 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]

Please define recent[edit]

"Recent inhabitants who are registered to vote in general elections were ineligible to vote in the referendum, as agreed in the 1998 Nouméa Accord, representing 17% of the total of 210,105 registered voters of New Caledonia."
