remark with no section[edit]

This list was originally part of the Eritrea article. Most countries have a separate article for such a list (for example, List of Egyptians). Thus the list has been deleted from the Eritrea article and moved here. -- Gyrofrog (talk) 19:41, 16 July 2005 (UTC)[reply]

I dropped many names[edit]

wp:red links are best avoided for these lists, If I Recall Correctly.

I also changed the lead to say "notable"... WP only in a formal way "cares about" things and people that meet wp:notability. If they are notable, they should have an article, and to have a red link (to help stimulate an article), the name will need good sourcing to show notability.
