• Same MO; same age; welcoming self on talk page; shows a far greater knowledge of WP than would be expected from a brand-new account from a 13-year-old kid.

Hmm... I would recommend a WP:RfCU. Unless more evidence can be provided I would not feel confident blocking just based on the age, and the apparent experience amassed as an anonymous editor. Drop a note at CU and tell them that I recommended it. Scarian^{Call me Pat!} 18:49, 23 October 2008 (UTC)
